1.1 Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in the session fee being forfeited.
1.2 Rescheduling Policy:
You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice without any penalty.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may be treated as a cancellation.
1.3 Refund Policy:
Refunds for individual coaching sessions are not typically provided, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of DCF Life Coaching.
If you are not satisfied with your initial coaching session, you may request a refund within 24 hours of the session completion. We will review your request and determine eligibility for a refund.
2.1 Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel a coaching package within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no sessions have been used.
If sessions have been used, the refund will be prorated based on the number of sessions completed and the remaining sessions in the package.
2.2 Refund Policy:
Refund requests for coaching packages must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds will not be provided for coaching packages if the request is made more than 14 days after purchase.
3.1 Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations for workshops and online courses must be made at least 7 days before the start date to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date will not be eligible for a refund.
3.2 Refund Policy:
Refunds for workshops and online courses will only be provided if the cancellation request is made at least 7 days before the start date.
If a workshop or online course is canceled by DCF Life Coaching, a full refund will be provided.
4.1 How to Request a Refund:

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
4.2 Refund Method:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
